What we use

We process organizer and participant email addresses, names, event rules, wishlists and private messages to provide the service. Organizers confirm they are permitted to provide participant details. We do not use participant details for marketing.

We record which gift suggestions are shown and clicked to evaluate recommendation policies. These records are deleted with the event.

An AI assistant may submit participant details to create a private handoff draft. Unclaimed drafts expire after 24 hours; the assistant cannot send invitations or access the completed event.

Retention and rights

Event data is scheduled for deletion 90 days after the event. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object, by contacting privacidad@regalindo.com. You may also complain to your data-protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).

Providers and transfers

Hosting, transactional email and Awin affiliate services process limited data. Google Gemini may process wishlist and gift-preference text to personalize recommendations; names and email addresses are not intentionally sent to the model.

Email opening status

Invitation emails contain a tiny image used to show the organizer an approximate opened/not-opened status. Email providers may block or preload it. Private pairings and messages are never shown in delivery status.

Cookies

Only necessary session, language and security cookies are used. No advertising or analytics cookies are enabled.
